BALANCED makes every effort to comply with the schedule within the specified time, but in case of delay for any reason, or even cancellation of a session, the company must replace the session but does not bear any other responsibility.

Subject to the terms of withdrawal. If an issue arises and the client cannot for some reason be faithful to his appointment and if he informs in writing 24 hours in advance, the company must complete the session.
