My motto, as I have said before, is: BALANCE! As a person but also as a scientist, I strongly believe in balance as a factor of good health and well-being. What does exercise do for the mind and body? It has been associated with positive results in many indicators of physical and mental well-being. It increases energy levels, leads to better sleep, is associated with higher self-esteem, and it seems that people who exercise regularly tend to have higher levels of physical self-esteem, improved body image, improved brain function, cognitive performance, and concentration.
When we find it difficult to deal with a personal issue, we behave with a negative impact on our daily lives. This creates a vortex from which only a specialist can pull us out. It can help us discover what we desire and why, teach us more effective ways to deal with our difficulties and help us develop better self-care habits. Thus, it helps us in the long run to achieve internal balance and improved personal relationships.
We are what we think and the benefits of a balanced psychology are as numerous as the benefits of exercise, making the two together a powerful recipe for quality of life and well-being.
That is why in our team there is a Psychologist, who can help effectively in combination with exercise for a much better quality of life! It is absolutely certain that our psychology affects our functionality and energy levels. When we find it difficult to deal with a personal issue, we behave with a negative impact on our daily lives.
